  4. What You Need.

  7. In order to run AYS 2.1 and activate any of the example services you will need a Macintosh with the following installed software :

  9. a) System 7.0 or later
  10. b) MacTCP 1.1 or later
  11. c) HyperCard 2.1 or later
  12.

  14. What You Must Do. 
  15. ----------------

  17. a) Install the CONTENTS of the "Comms Tools" folder.
  18.  
  19. To do this, simply select and drag the entire CONTENTS of the "Comms Tools" folder to the System folder. System 7 will then take over and install the items appropriately.

  21. b) Ensure that HyperCard is configured correctly.
  22.  
  23. In order to run AYS successfully it is recommended that HyperCard is configured with a minimum of 1300kb memory partition. To check and/or change this setting, firstly select the HyperCard icon. Once selected, display the 'Info' dialog box by selecting  'Get Info' from the 'File' menu. If necassary, modify the 'current size' parameter and close the box.
